What Guardrail provides
Guardrail Campus provides practical support for student deposit issues, towing, guest parking, repair estimates, crash logistics, document organization, local referrals, and related request tracking. We help organize facts, review materials, suggest next steps, and route students toward practical resources.
What Guardrail does not provide
Guardrail is not emergency services, a law firm, an insurance company, a financial institution, or a guarantee that a landlord, tow company, shop, insurer, school, or other party will change its decision. If there is immediate danger or injury, call 911 first.
Parking warnings and records
At participating properties, Guardrail may transmit a warning after an authorized property or operator reports a parking issue. A warning is an opportunity to respond; it is not permission to park, a replacement for signs or property rules, or a guarantee against a citation, boot, or tow. Safety, emergency-access, accessible-parking, traffic, and other urgent conditions may be handled immediately. Guardrail records reported events, notice attempts, responses, and outcomes so that the student and authorized partners can review what occurred.
Independent vendors and professional referrals
Shops, cleaners, contractors, towing companies, insurers, lawyers, medical providers, and other outside providers are independent from Guardrail unless we expressly say otherwise. Guardrail may help locate or coordinate a provider, but does not control the provider's work, pricing, professional judgment, availability, or result. Students may choose another provider. Any Guardrail fee or financial relationship that applies to a referral will be disclosed where required.
Crash and sensitive information
A crash request may contain police reports, citations, insurance information, injury or treatment details, and information about passengers or other people. Submit only information you are allowed to share. Guardrail does not diagnose injuries, determine fault, adjust an insurance claim, or give legal advice. We will ask for your direction before sending sensitive request materials to an outside provider except when disclosure is required by law.
Loaner vehicles
A loaner is available only when separately approved and is never guaranteed by membership. Before receiving a vehicle, the approved driver must complete the separate vehicle-use, insurance, condition, return, and incident documents. Those signed documents control the assignment in addition to these terms.
Your materials remain yours
We do not take ownership of your uploaded documents, photos, messages, or property information. You give Guardrail permission to use those materials only as needed to provide support, maintain your request record, communicate with you, and operate the service.
Accounts and requests
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for submitting accurate information. Requests may include sensitive documents, photos, invoices, leases, vehicle details, and messages. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share.
Membership and coming-soon features
Some features may be labeled coming soon, limited, pilot, or partner-dependent. Those labels mean the feature is planned or in early rollout and may not be available in every location or request.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Annual renewal can be turned on or off from the account. Turning renewal off prevents the next charge and does not end an already paid term. An eligible payment may be submitted for refund review from the account within 14 days after payment; submission is not automatic approval, and completed or materially used services, fraud, chargebacks, and legal obligations may affect the decision. Gifted years do not create a cash refund for the recipient.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Guardrail after an update means you accept the updated terms.
